When you place a pre-order we'll set aside your sweets. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make them available to other customers. Orders not collected by the agreed date may be released.
Our menu items and prices reflect what's currently in stock and available. Pricing may change seasonally as ingredient costs vary. If an item you've ordered is out of stock, we'll suggest the finest alternative from our range.
For bespoke selections and custom confectionery gifts, we ask for several days' notice and may request a deposit. If you need to cancel, contact us promptly and we'll work with you as flexibly as we can.
